Solution
A 3-phase project: the use of local influencers as testimonials, a contest to select new social creators from the audience, and a UGC video content plan that continued to engage customers throughout the year with an empathetic tone of voice and interactive mechanics.
Community Factor
Fashion, food, family. 3 people from the area became the face of the Center on social media to tell the story from a different point of view. Different and authentic expressions of a unique online and offline community, which every day recognizes itself and meets at Porte dell’Adige.
