She will be responsible for devising, producing and managing content that gives voice to Modena&#8217;s projects, places and people, ensuring timely information and constant community engagement. The work is to be carried out primarily on site at the Institution (Modena) beginning April 1, 2026; however, flexibility is provided if necessary to release from previous assignments.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Main responsibilities<\/strong>:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Coordination: of the team working on content production for the Entity&#8217;s social media (SMM, videomaker, photographer).<\/li>\n<li>Strategic Planning: Drafting of monthly and weekly editorial calendars in synergy with the press office and the Institution&#8217;s management.<\/li>\n<li>Content Creation: Production of text, graphic and video content for the institution&#8217;s website and social media.<\/li>\n<li>Social Media Management: Management of official channels (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, X, YouTube) and messaging systems (WhatsApp, Telegram).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Required skills<\/strong>:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Experience: At least 5 years of proven experience in similar services performed for public agencies or private companies.<\/li>\n<li>Skills: Mastery of copywriting techniques for web and social, with emphasis on inclusive copywriting; mastery of layout and editing techniques for graphic and video content for social.<\/li>\n<li>Tools: Canva for creating graphic and video outputs, or other editing software for multimedia products to be posted on social media (e.g., CapCut);
