Role:
We are looking for a social media professional to join a public communications project for an important institution. She will be responsible for devising, producing and managing content that gives voice to Modena’s projects, places and people, ensuring timely information and constant community engagement. The work is to be carried out primarily on site at the Institution (Modena) beginning April 1, 2026; however, flexibility is provided if necessary to release from previous assignments.
Main responsibilities:
- Coordination: of the team working on content production for the Entity’s social media (SMM, videomaker, photographer).
- Strategic Planning: Drafting of monthly and weekly editorial calendars in synergy with the press office and the Institution’s management.
- Content Creation: Production of text, graphic and video content for the institution’s website and social media.
- Social Media Management: Management of official channels (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, X, YouTube) and messaging systems (WhatsApp, Telegram).
Required skills:
- Experience: At least 5 years of proven experience in similar services performed for public agencies or private companies.
- Skills: Mastery of copywriting techniques for web and social, with emphasis on inclusive copywriting; mastery of layout and editing techniques for graphic and video content for social.
- Tools: Canva for creating graphic and video outputs, or other editing software for multimedia products to be posted on social media (e.g., CapCut); Meta Business Suite, Meta Ads.
Requirements:
Possess at least five years’ experience in the management of information services, have attended at least one training/refresher course in the field of public communication at an authorized training center or, alternatively, hold a bachelor’s degree in communication science or equivalent degree.
