Challenge

How to create a direct and authentic connection with hundreds of thousands of consumers in 7 regions of Italy by sharing useful, engaging, and area-specific digital content?

Solution

A complex project made up of new digital communication channels and supporting PDVs in building their social identity. Always within the context of the guidelines of the Conad North West Cooperative editorial plan.

Community Factor

Conad’s “People beyond things” positioning finds its natural development in a communication system that speaks to hundreds of local communities by putting authenticity, relationship and proximity at the center.
